Scope of application: Suitable for disinfection of vegetables and food contact surfaces.
Usage: Disinfect food contact surfaces: After cleaning and before use. Soak the food contact surface in a 200ppm chlorine solution for disinfection. The soaking time should be at least two minutes or according to local regulations. Discharge solution. If the concentration of the solution does not exceed 200ppm, the final rinse can be carried out with clean water.
Vegetable disinfection: Soak the vegetables in a chlorine containing solution of 50-100ppm for 5 minutes.
Egg disinfection: After cleaning and watering, prepare a 100ppm chlorine containing solution (1ml/L) with Lianglijing chlorine containing disinfectant, and spray the solution onto the eggs. The eggs cannot be packaged or broken until they are completely dry.
